What's a content strategy?

A content strategy is a game plan for telling your people about your product or services. Pencil Point Marketing strategies include some research and insights about your audience along with step-by-step instructions for talking to them. 

 

Look for recommendations like:

  • The best ways to reach your audience – email, blogs, brochures, signs, specific social media platforms, and others

  • Content categories plus the actual words to use that can grab your audience’s attention as you build a relationship

  • A schedule called a content calendar, that maps out when and how to address different topics with your audiences

  • Sample content with suggested design options you can use over and over again

  • A list of "to-do’s" to get your content going

 

Content gets delivered in all kinds of forms:
